The current inventory of listings on St. George Island is now at a seven year low with only 179 properties in the MLS of the Realtor Association of Franklin & Gulf Counties. This is down 9% from an average of 196 in 2012; and down 24% from an average of 235 in 2011. These numbers include all listings on SGI, both homes and lots.
